Les Maison Nassim

Les Maison Nassim, set along Nassim Road, is a luxury condominium developed by Shun Tak Group and designed by WOHA Architects. Consisting of 14 units, including nine simplex units, two duplex units and three penthouses, the estate is designed to be exclusive; each residence comes with a private lift and a personal parking space. The estate also comes equipped with a concierge to provide utmost service to its residents.

Working closely with WOHA Architects, BLACK developed a discreet, integrated and intuitive wayfinding system with different navigational paths for residents and staff of the estate. Customised pictograms inspired by the estate’s logo was developed and woven into the wayfinding signages. Polished yellow brass was used to unite between the natural stones of the façade, the verdant landscaping across three floors and reflect the opulence of the development. A variety of finishings, including cut-outs, etchings, inlay and stone engravings were used to integrate both pedestrian and vehicular signages into the interior and environment of the estate.
