An initiative by the National Arts Council, Noise Singapore offers a platform for youths to keep learning, co-create and showcase their artistic expressions, and connect meaningfully with one another in and through the arts. The annual festival exhibition has progressed and charted the journeys of our young art community through the years, with each edition sharing their processes in growing their capabilities and gaining new experiences through the festival’s programming.
The 2016 edition of the NOISE Festival Exhibition was curated and designed around the theme of ‘Uncharted’. The theme was reflected through interviews showcased within the exhibition, and commissioned artworks of interactive globes customised by selected artists, and a collaboration with Converse.
