The re-designed HDB Welcome Kit welcomes flat owners to their new neighborhood in a warm and friendly tone. From the welcome note, document folders to the keychains and postcards, each item is developed and designed to greet them with kind hospitality, guiding them to maximising their new home and celebrating the joyous moment of owning a new home with them.

The information booklet was redesigned as a poster with illustrations and icons that could be hung up in the house for quick access
Keys can be easily detached and re-attached to personal key rings
Postcards were included in the re-designed kits to encourage new neighbours to introduce themselves
