SAA Website Refresh

Formerly Singapore Associate Architects, SAA was founded in 1970 with the belief that good architecture could improve the lives of Singaporeans. With over 50 years of design and built experience, their strong, civic designs can be found all over Asia.

BLACK, together with programmer and developer SWARM, were commissioned to refresh the look and feel of their website and streamline the navigation experience of their digital portfolio. A streamlined sitemap was developed, paired with an modern and humanistic look and feel that provides space for both images and stories. Designs developed by SAA were reorganised into industry categories across urban development, residential, transport, mixed-used commercial, healthcare, institutional and industrial, with filters for ease in searching and navigating between projects. SAA’s ethos ‘Building Dreams, Enriching Lives’, and their urbanistic, humanistic and optimistic values were also prominently featured, providing deeper insights into the firm for clients and prospective team members.
